  • The Pilates Powerhouse Workshop is a focused, small-group experience designed to help you better understand and activate your center – your true source of strength, stability, and control.

    Through a combination of education and movement, you’ll explore how breath supports your practice and how to move with greater precision and intention. This workshop blends classical Pilates principles with deeper breakdowns, giving you the tools to refine your technique and elevate the way you move.

    Expect to slow down, get specific, and challenge your body in a way that builds both strength and awareness from the inside out.

    **By registering, you confirm that you have completed at least 10+ Reformer Dynamic or Level 1.5+ classes within the past year and feel confident on both the Mat and Reformer.*

    • Powerhouse Anatomy Overview

    • Breathwork + Mindfulness Exercise

    • 50 min guided Mat Pilates

    • 50 min Reformer Session

      • Including extra focus on classical reformer exercises including Long Stretch Series, Snake, Thigh Stretch, and Control Balance

    • Hands-on Coaching and Form Refinement

    • 30 min Break

    • Refreshments after class

  • What level is this workshop?
    This workshop is best suited for intermediate to advanced clients who feel confident on both the mat and reformer.

    Do I need Reformer experience?
    Yes – participants should have a foundational understanding of Reformer work and be comfortable with core Pilates movements. At least 10+ Reformer Dynamic or 2.0 experience within the last year.

    Is this appropriate for Pilates instructors?
    Absolutely. This workshop is a great opportunity for instructors to refine their own practice and revisit classical exercises with deeper understanding. But please note, you do not need to have any prior anatomy or fitness instructor experience to join. It is open to all!

    What should I bring?
    Grip socks, comfortable movement clothing, and your water. Energy and openness – always!

    What can I expect to leave with?
    A stronger connection to your powerhouse, improved technique, and a deeper understanding of how to use your breath to support your movement.
