who can join?
this pop-up is open to anyone 18 years or older who’s ready to move, connect, and enjoy something a little different. tickets are one per person – so yes, you might have to make a new friend or be quick when they drop 😉

can i bring my littles? even if they are quiet on the side?
we love them, but this event is just for you. please leave the kiddos at home and enjoy this time to move, reset, and connect.

how do i purchase tickets?
tickets will be released on march 25 (early afternoon) and are first come, first served. payment will be made via paypal. once tickets are gone, they’re gone. send me a dm or message to get on the waitlist!

what should i bring?
comfortable workout wear (wear whites, blues, and yellows if you can!) a water bottle, and a sweat towel if you like. everything else is taken care of.

i don’t have anyone to join me – should i still come?
absolutely!!!! this is the perfect space to come solo and meet new people in the community. it might feel a little out of your comfort zone at first, but that’s where the magic happens.

this class will be taught in english and is designed for an intermediate level. expect a refreshing, feel-good flow that challenges you while still feeling approachable. you’ll receive clear details leading up to the event so everything feels easy and seamless – just show up ready to move and enjoy 🍋
