Who can join?
This event is 21+ and open to anyone looking to move, connect, and enjoy a beautiful morning in the heart of Pike Place. No Pilates experience is required—beginners are absolutely welcome!

Can I bring my kids?
We love them, but this event is for adults only. Take the morning for yourself and enjoy some uninterrupted movement, brunch, and community.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available through the link above and are first come, first served. You may purchase up to two tickets per person. Once they're sold out, they're gone!

What should I bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and a sweat towel if you'd like. We'll take care of the rest!

I've never done Pilates before. Can I still come?
Absolutely! This class is beginner-friendly and designed to help you move confidently at your own pace.

Is this class suitable for everyone?
While the class is beginner-friendly, it may not be the best fit if you're recovering from a recent surgery, managing a serious injury, or know you'll require frequent modifications throughout class. If you're unsure whether this event is right for you, feel free to reach out before purchasing your ticket.

I'm coming solo. Will I feel out of place?
Not at all! So many people come on their own, and these events are the perfect opportunity to meet new people and be part of an incredible community.
