Summer Series is a four-week virtual mat Pilates experience designed to help you stay consistent through one of the busiest seasons of the year.
Each class builds on the last through progressive Pilates programming rooted in Joseph Pilates' original method – helping you build strength, improve posture, and move with greater confidence.
Week 1 // Full Body Integration
Build a strong foundation and reconnect your whole body.Week 2 // Proud Posture

Do I need previous Pilates experience?
Not at all. Summer Series is designed for all levels. I'll provide modifications and progressions throughout each class so you can move confidently at your own pace.
What if I can't make a class live?
No problem! Every live class is recorded and available to replay for 24 hours, so you can practice when it works best for you.
What equipment do I need?
Just a Pilates or yoga mat and enough space to move comfortably. Optional props (like a small pillow or towel) may be suggested for certain exercises, but they're never required. You’ll need your laptop of iphone to join the live Zoom sessions as well.
Can I join from anywhere?
Absolutely! That's the beauty of Summer Series. Whether you're at home, on vacation, or traveling for work, you can join from wherever summer takes you.
